Freeport Hindu School is committed to creating an environment which will ensure that each child achieves his/her highest potential by fostering intellectual, moral, physical and spiritual development thus empowering him/her to function as a productive member of society.

- Provide an education in collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Ensure each pupil acquires the literacy, numeracy and communication development skills necessary for the next level for his/her educational development.
- Develop high dicipline, respect and tolerance in each pupil.
- Develop in each pupil an appreciation of the aesthetics via literature, art, music and physical education.
- Inculcate good values through effective moral and religious education programmes.
- Foster research and independent study skills.
- Expose each child to the technological devices needed to function in the 21st century.
- Create a child centred learning environment where individual learning styles and diversity are valued and appreciated.
It must be remembered that the purpose of education is not to fill the minds of students with facts, it is to teach them to think, if that is possible, and always think for themselves.
